Catherine truly loves working in Real Estate. It is her passion and full-time career. Her favorite homes are those which tell a story - pre-1900s with vintage character, like old glass doorknobs and wide-pine floors. She'll often point out the remains of overgrown perennial gardens, or unique tree species on the property you're looking at. Sometimes you can catch her taking photos in the houses of unique wallpaper or hidden servant stairwells.

A graduate of the University New Hampshire, Catherine holds Associate of Science degrees in both Landscape Operations and Business Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation Studies, with a focus on sustainability. Upon graduating college, Catherine spent 3 years working for federal contractor in Maine where she learned the intricacies of construction, government contracting, bidding, and negotiating.
